Product descriptions: All products are made-to-order and custom printed. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings.

Order acceptance: You reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing/product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.

Payment: Payment is processed at time of order. You accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

Production and shipping:Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Delays may occur during peak seasons. Umbrellas can take between 2-3weeks to be delivered, including production  time.

Returns and refunds:Reference your refund policy (all sales final except for damaged items).

Intellectual property: You own or have rights to all designs and content. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or resell products.

Limitation of liability:Standard disclaimers about product use and your liability limits.

Governing law: Specify which state/jurisdiction's laws apply.
